What levels of care do you offer?

The Landings at Covenant Woods offers Personal Care and Memory Care designed to support each stage of life with compassion and dignity. Our Memory Care program provides a secure, engaging environment for individuals experiencing memory loss, while Personal Care delivers personalized support with daily activities, medication management, and 24-hour care—giving residents the freedom to live well and families lasting peace of mind.

The community sits on a beautifully wooded, tree-lined 4.4-acre campus and a home-like atmosphere. Many associates and residents have deep roots in the Columbus area, creating continuity and trust. The tone is friendly and neighborly, with programs designed to bring people together.

Thoughtfully designed studio and one-bedroom senior apartments are available, offering comfort, convenience, and flexibility. Each floor plan supports easy movement, everyday living, and personal expression, with ample storage for hobbies and adaptable space for welcoming guests—all subject to availability.

Residents enjoy housekeeping, linen service, transportation, wellness programs, community dining, and a full calendar of social, educational, and gentle, low-impact fitness activities designed to support mobility, flexibility, and circulation. Programming also includes opportunities for creative expression, meaningful connection, reflection, and celebration—such as social gatherings, musical experiences, movie nights, discussion groups, faith-based offerings, and themed events—supporting residents’ social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The all-inclusive monthly fee generally covers the residence, many utilities, meals, community programming, transportation, and staffing. In Personal Care, individualized assistance services are included based on each resident’s care plan. At move-in, families are provided with a clear, detailed list of all included services.

The Landings at Covenant Woods is an all-inclusive support plan community. When someone needs more support than their origianal entry plan, additional services will be added upon reevaluation. Plans are reviewed routinely, so support stays aligned with current needs and preferences.

An assessment looks at mobility, cognition, medication routines, nutrition, and social interests. Together, the team and family map out a plan that meets today’s needs and anticipates tomorrow’s, so there is a clear path if support increases.

Yes. Care plans reflect each individual’s daily rhythms, privacy preferences, and meaningful activities—from morning coffee routines to preferred low-impact fitness activities. Associates regularly check in to review and refine the plan in partnership with the individual and their family, ensuring care remains responsive and personal.

Support can be adjusted in place to avoid unnecessary moves. If a higher level of service is recommended, the team helps coordinate a smooth transition and communicates each step.

Meals are freshly prepared and served in welcoming spaces that encourage conversation. The culinary team accommodates preferences and medical diets, including low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, and gluten-free.

Expect fitness and balance classes, craft and discussion groups, movie nights, on site entertainment, and trips to local events. The calendar blends familiar favorites with new experiences so people can explore at their own pace.

No. Pets are not allowed due to state regulatory statutes. Our sister Independent and Assisted Living Community, Covenant Woods, 9 miles away, is pet-friendly.
